I had a flat tyre outside Shire Cars today. The guys in the garage went out of their way to help me out. They were really friendly and incredibly helpful, they changed my tyre, gave me advice on what to do next and talked me through how to get home safely with my temporary tyre. I was staying in the area and Shire Cars were recommended to me.I was very impressed by the way Mark established my needs in terms of what I required from a car. His calm manner made me feel I could take my time to think about buying an eye-catching Ford Focus. Lloyd was brilliant and very patient at explaining all the bells and whistles on the Titanium model. Shortly after getting the car, I noticed it was cutting out at times and Shire Cars went to great lengths to fix the problem. A good garage, good at communicating and I would happily go back to them.
